Lightness is for everyone.
Accessibility
A brand about ease has no business shipping a website that is hard to use. Here is what we build for, what we test, and how to reach us when something gets in your way anyway.

Our standard
We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the site. Where we fall short of that mark, we treat it as a bug with the same priority as a broken checkout, because for the person affected that is exactly what it is.
What that looks like in practice
How we test
Automated contrast and structure checks run on every significant change, and we test by hand with keyboard-only navigation and screen readers on the pages that matter most: home, product, checkout and this one. Real devices, small screens included, because a 390px phone is where most of you are reading this.
Known limitations
We are honest about the edges. Some decorative video clips do not carry captions because they contain no speech or information. The before-and-after drag slider offers the same information in adjacent text for anyone who cannot or would rather not drag. If we have missed something beyond these, we want to know about it more than we want to look finished.
Tell us when it breaks
If any part of this site is hard for you to see, navigate or operate, email support@vasa.com with "ACCESSIBILITY" in the subject, or use the contact form . Tell us the page and what got in the way; the assistive tech you were using helps but is not required. A person replies within one business day, and accessibility reports jump the queue.
If the site is preventing you from placing an order, we will happily take the order by email while we fix the obstacle. The obstacle is our problem; the bottle is still yours.
