Returns, in full
Sixty days from delivery. Use the thing — run the plan, grind real nails. If you decide it wasn't worth it, email hello@pawedicure.com and we'll send a prepaid label and refund you when it's scanned.
You don't need the original packaging, there's no restocking fee, and you don't have to justify it. Return postage is on us inside the US.
That's the whole policy. If a store needs eleven paragraphs to describe its guarantee, the paragraphs are doing something other than reassuring you.
Refunds land 3–5 business days after the label is scanned. There is one exception: opened styptic powder, for obvious reasons. Everything else comes back regardless of condition.
The awkward ones
It arrived broken.
Photo of the damage to hello@pawedicure.com and we ship a replacement the same day we see it. You don't need to send the broken one back first.
I used it for a month and then it stopped working.
Inside sixty days that's a return. After that there is a 12-month warranty covering the motor and the battery — not the drum, which is a consumable, and not water damage. Email us with the order number and we ship a replacement.
My dog still hates it after the full 14 days.
Return it. That's what the window is for, and we'd rather have the tool back than a household where nail day is still a fight. Email us first though — there are two or three common places the plan gets run wrong, and it's a short conversation.
